Introduction
Welcome back to Workout Wednesday! This week, we’re doing something a little different. We’re partnering with Microsoft and taking our data visualization skills to the world stage!
The Power BI Dataviz World Championships are back, and the Power BI Community is looking for our next World Champion!
Whether you’re a seasoned Power BI pro or just getting started with data visualization, this is your chance to challenge yourself, get creative, and show the community what you can build. The competition features two qualifying rounds, with four finalists ultimately earning the opportunity to compete LIVE on stage at FabCon Atlanta in March 2027!
Join the kickoff call (available live and on demand)
We’re kicking things off with a special Microsoft Reactor session featuring two-time World Champs finalists Santhanalakshmi Ponnurasan and Aanor Le Gouic! The stream covers everything you need to get started, from how to enter, contest rules, timelines, and judging criteria to exploring the dataset and picking up expert dataviz tips to help your entry stand out.
